Event Space Hire for Non-Monthly Members
To hire the studio as a non-monthly member the prices are as follows:
Event Space Hire for Monthly Members
Monthly Explorer, Cultivator and Builder members get a 15% discount on bookings for the Studio. Please login to make your booking.
Evening and Weekend Event Space Hire
The studio is available to hire for evening and weekend sessions. Prices are as above.

Terms and Conditions for Studio Event Space Hire Totnes at The Tribe
1. Booking Options and Session Times
- Hourly Bookings: The studio space is available for bookings by the hour. Please ensure that any additional time required for setup and breakdown is accounted for within your booking duration.
- Half-Day Sessions: Half-day sessions are available during the following times:
- Morning Session: 09:00 – 13:00
- Afternoon Session: 13:30 – 17:00
- Full-Day Sessions: Full-day bookings run from 09:00 to 17:00.
- Out-of-Hours Bookings: Evening and weekend bookings are available upon request and are subject to approval and additional terms as necessary.
2. Payment Terms
- Studio bookings are payable in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks before the date of the booking will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the date of the booking are not liable for a refund.
3. Use of Facilities
- All bookings include access to the small kitchen area, which is equipped with crockery, cutlery, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A microwave is also available for use.
- Please ensure that all items used are returned to their original condition and place by the end of your booking.
4. Studio Cleanliness and Condition
- The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. It is the responsibility of the booking party to clear up after themselves, ensuring all personal items are removed and any waste is disposed of appropriately.
- Failure to leave the studio as found may result in additional cleaning fees.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks before the date of the booking will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the date of the booking are not liable for a refund.
- Changes to your booking, including rescheduling, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Liability
- The Tribe is not responsible for any personal items left behind, loss or damage to personal property, or any injuries sustained within the premises. Please ensure that all valuables are securely stored, and that any spills or accidents are promptly reported to Stacey.
