If you like what you see and would like to be part of our Tribe, there are a number of flexible options to choose from including hotdesks, monthly memberships and meeting room hire.
Our desks are available to rent from Monday to Friday from 09.30-17.00.
Become a Member
If you would like to use our coworking space on a more regular basis you can sign up to our membership programme. This allows you to come in and work at our hot desks on a schedule that works for you. Make a simple monthly payment by direct debit and then come and go according to your membership package.
Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to fully integrate into a supportive community, we have the perfect membership tier for you.
Explorer
(1 Day a Week)
Our basic membership
level includes 1 coworking day per week and use of our Zoom Room for private calls or 1:1 meetings. This is a
saving of £10 per month compared to booking
day passes.
Cultivator
(2 Days a Week)
Our next-level membership for those who want more commitment and flexibility. This includes 2 coworking days per week and use of our Zoom Room. It is a saving of £30 per month (2 days) compared to booking day passes.
Builder
(5 Days a Week)
This top-level membership includes coworking up to 5 days a week plus 8 hours of meeting room use per month and use of our Zoom Room. This is our best value package with a saving of £180 compared to booking day passes.

To book a daily desk, please email Stacey with details of the dates and sessions you would like to book. The options are below.

Cancellations
All bookings must be made through the booking system. All cancellations can be made through the booking system too. If you cannot attend on a day you have booked please remember to cancel the booking to make space for other people as we are now very full.
Calls Policy
Our main office is a communal open-plan office space. Therefore, we ask that you keep calls to a minimum so as not to disturb other users. If you require confidentiality or quiet for your calls, you should book the Zoom Room or Meeting Room for your exclusive use.
Meeting Room Hire
If you are looking for meeting room hire in Totnes, we can help with that too. You can hire our meeting room if you need privacy for a workshop, client meeting, team meeting, or Zoom calls or simply for undisturbed focus.
Our meeting room hire includes a morning session from 09.30-13.00. The cost of hiring the meeting room for a morning session is £30.
The afternoon session runs from 13.30-17.00. The cost of hiring the meeting room for an afternoon session is £30.
For a full day of meeting room hire in Totnes from 09.30-17.00, the cost is £60.
The meeting room can be hired by the hour if there is availability. The cost of booking the meeting room by the hour is £15 per hour. Bookings must be made in advance if you would like to guarantee usage.
PAYG and Monthly members can book the meeting room from the booking system.

Tribe Timeout
We understand that as women, life can be incredibly overwhelming and sometimes you need to find pocket of time either to focus on an important work task, on life admin or simply to take a moment out for yourself to relax and reset.
This is why we have now added the Tribe Timeout tariff. You can now pay by the hour (£5.00 p/h) to come in and use the Tribe facilities however you need. Got an hour before school pick up and want to quickly fire off some emails? Need to escape home for an hour or two during school holidays to reset your nervous system? Promised yourself you will read more books this year but need some motivation?
These are all valid reasons to book a Tribe Timeout and enjoy some time for yourself with a nice hot cuppa.
