It’s time to create your photos & videos for the festive season. Promoting your business for Christmas doesn’t start in December. If you sell products or services that would make great Christmas gifts, you should be starting to promote them now. And to do this, you need a bank of photos and videos that you can use on social media, in your blog posts and newsletters and on your website.
But there is a lot that goes into creating your Christmas content. That’s why I have teamed up with Photographer and expert content creator Becky Craven to offer a unique Christmas-styled content shoot. Our aim is to help you learn to use your smartphone to create videos & photos to promote your business this Christmas.
For this Christmas content creation day, we will create 3 styled Christmas set-ups perfect for capturing the Christmas mood.
1) A Christmas tree scene
2) Gift wrapping station
3) A foodie scene
Becky will take you through each scene, show you what good lighting looks like & how to frame your shot in terms of composition. She will help you create your visual narrative, plan, set up & style your shots.
Becky will then teach you step-by-step how to edit your videos & share them online.
On the day, we will provide a selection of props & lighting setups. Models will also be available. You can also bring your own products and props to include in the scenes.
Other than that, simply bring a smartphone & charger for this workshop.

The workshop will take place on Friday 20th September. This will be a full-day workshop. Start and end time to be confirmed.
How many places are available for the workshop?
The workshop will be limited to 14 people.
How much does the workshop cost?
Standard tickets for the Christmas Content Creation Workshop are £149.00 per person. This includes shoot location, professional lighting, props, models, and refreshments throughout the day.
Is there an early bird option?
Yes, there is. If you book before midnight on 31st August 2024 you will get the early bird price which is just £97.00. We have made half the tickets available at this price to make this workshop more accessible. If you can afford to pay the full price, please consider doing so to leave the early bird tickets to those who need them.

Is lunch included?
Lunch is not included in the ticket price. Please bring your own lunch and any snacks you may require with you to the shoot. There are no shops in the immediate vicinity of the shoot so please bring everything you need with you. Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day.
